Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming the advisors from our German dealer, Medishop, for a training session. After a warm welcome, we began with a tour of our production and assembly facilities, where the advisors had the chance to explore the extensive customisation options our shower-toilet chairs offer. Following this interactive tour, lunch was served.

The afternoon programme took a more hands-on approach, starting with an in-depth explanation and followed by a practical session. Working in groups, the advisors tackled case studies to determine the ideal configuration for a shower chair using our website and fitting forms. They then recreated these configurations in the showroom before discussing the results together.
