Always Use Original Parts

To keep your shower-toilet chair safe and maintain your warranty, you must always useoriginal parts made and supplied by Lagooni for repairs. All parts produced by Lagooni aremade from materials suitable for use in wet environments. Additionally, certain parts – suchas the seats – form an essential part of the construction. Replacing these with homemade orthird-party manufactured seats can have significant implications for the structure and,therefore, the safety of the end-user. Using non-original Lagooni upholstery also increasesthe risk of pressure sores (decubitus) for the end-user. That’s why Lagooni-made andsupplied upholstery bears the Genuine Lagooni label on the underside.

For dealers in particular, using non-original parts can also have liability consequences in the event of incidents (medical devices legislation, MDR).
