Self-propelled, extra-wide shower commode wheelchair with adjustment options and foot support preferences
The self-propelled Lagooni Extra Special is a wide, but still very manoeuvrable shower wheelchair. Although the Lagooni extra Special is a bit wider, it still has a small turning circle with a rotatable and removable footrest. The frame is made of aluminium in combination with stainless steel. By using these materials, the shower commode chair is aside from being lightweight also waterproof. Disassemble the wheelchair quickly, without the use of any tool, and transport it with ease. This way, you can enjoy maximum (mobility) freedom with minimal effort!
What makes the Lagooni Extra Special unique?
- Makes (standing) transfers or tripping easier by rotating or removing the leg rests.
- Can be driven over a toilet or a care toilet with a flushing-dryer system (Closomat).
- Has an increased weight capacity.
- Is customisable based on your personal needs from top to bottom with almost an endless amount of possibilities.
- Is also available as the Lagooni Extra which has a fixed footplate.

Review from Ed: “Fantastic shower chairs (own design, the owner is in a wheelchair) that can be completely adapted to the person with a disability. Highly recommended!”
