In order to perform a fitting properly, it is useful to use our pre-fit forms. Each model has its own form, which you can download, print and / or fill in directly. You can also use are forms with fill out/choice aid to choose the right model and a suitable configuration.

Pre-fit forms for the Lagooni shower wheelchairs

If you, as an occupational therapist or consultant, make a fitting for a Lagooni shower wheelchair together with your client and you still have questions, you can (also during the fitting) contact Lagooni BV by telephone. There are always people available who can immediately advise you and guide you through the fitting. Do not hesitate to ask questions. After all, it is important that you facilitate your client adequately.

If you fill out these forms completely, you can be sure that you don’t forget anything. You will receive a summary of the required configuration, with which you can request a specific quote from Lagooni.
