Pre-fit forms for the Lagooni shower wheelchairs

If you, as an occupational therapist or consultant, make a fitting for a Lagooni shower wheelchair together with your client and you still have questions, you can (also during the fitting) contact Lagooni BV by telephone. There are always people available who can immediately advise you and guide you through the fitting. Do not hesitate to ask questions. After all, it is important that you facilitate your client adequately.

A useful document to go through before the fitting is Prefit guideline ENG (pdf file) and/or use our pre-fit forms with fill-in/choice aid. If you fill out these forms completely, you can be sure that you don’t forget anything. You will receive a summary of the required configuration, with which you can request a specific quote from Lagooni.
